Over the past year I have started asking around for opinions on the stand mixers. Women say that once you have one there is no going back to hand mixing. It changes your life in the kitchen!! Now that I have one I must say that I agree! I have started making all of our bread, cakes, rolls, icing...really anything. I like to make things from scratch...it's better for you, cheaper, and better tasting! I am loving using it. I bought the Kitchenaid Pro600 6qt.
